1. About these terms
By using ausstay.app (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. A directory only
AusStay is a free directory. We do not take bookings, accept payments, act as an agent for hosts or guests, or charge fees. Any booking is a direct arrangement between the guest and the host.
3. Free listings
Listings are free. We may approve, edit, decline or remove any listing at any time.
4. Your content
You are responsible for what you submit. You confirm it is accurate, that you have the right to use any photos, and that your stay is lawful and registered where required. You give us permission to show your listing, photos and QR flyer on the site and in search results. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
5. No endorsement
We do not inspect, verify or recommend any property. Prices are supplied by hosts. Please confirm details, price and cancellation terms with the host before you book. Featured stays are disclosed as hosted stays where we stayed free, and do not affect search results.
6. Open data
Some details come from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License (ODbL). Map tiles © OpenStreetMap.
7. Limits
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from using the site or any stay listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes
