If you list a stay here, you agree to these rules:
- List only real holiday or short-stay accommodation that you own or manage.
- No share houses, rooms for rent, long-term rentals or leases.
- Hold any short-stay registration, permit or approval your state or council requires (for example the NSW short-term rental accommodation register) and enter the number where it applies.
- Use only your own photos or photos you have permission to use, of the actual property.
- Keep your price, details and contact up to date. Prices are shown as “from $X/night” as you supplied them.
- Never ask guests to pay by gift card, cryptocurrency or to an account you cannot be verified against.
- Tell us if your stay closes.
We may hide or remove a listing that breaks these rules.
